Child Care -- Lead Teacher or Administrator

I was a child care director for several years. I loved that it combined my teaching background with business. I loved that I was able to interact with parents daily and to help more inexperienced staff learn how to teach lessons to young children. And my favorite part was that I wasn't required to work with the same children daily. Instead I could pop into any room at any time to lend a hand or just to dance with a baby. There are so many different types of programs and each has its own benefits and drawbacks.
