I would wait on sending a fax...

give it a week or so and see if you are still this upset. You may find that after a couple of days you will have forgotten about it...or find it funny that the principal thought you could control whether or not 7 years olds bumped into one another! (in my grade one gym class, I consider it to be a miracle if no one gets hurt during our 30 minute period...it does not happen often!! Perhaps the principal was having a bad day or the secretary made a comment about the injuries blowing it out of proportion. They have most likely forgotten about it and a fax may put them on the defensive...no need to burn bridges unnecessarily...just my $0.02! Ally
