Literacy or Learning Centers

In my first grade class, we do Read the Room, where the children take a pointer and go around the room finding all the words they know, magnetic letters, pocket chart letters, computer, big books, writing center, library. You can also do a book making center, listening center, word wall, etc. I hope that was a few more to get you started. A good website I know of for centers is
