I totally understand
By RF

Clip to ScrapBook
I feel the same way. It seems like anymore the more we do the more they want from us. My students stay busy from the moment they enter the door until they leave. I feel like I do everything including song and dance so
they can understand and learn everything expected. Just when I feel I am doing great and the students are as well, we go to a meeting and hear about more, more, more! When is it going to stop. I got into this profession to teach children. I feel like all they want us to do is to teach students. My kids are more to me than just a test score. But that is not what message I see coming
from standards. I don't look at this as a job...I look at teaching as a life changing experience for me and my kids. I love to see them learn but I also love to see them smile.
