silent speed ball

Okay, when I was in 5th grade I played a game called silent speed ball. I don't remember the rules but I really liked it...so I made up my own rules and played it today as a matter of fact. To me my rules are very boring but the kids really enjoy it.
I use a beach ball. The person holding the ball has to pass the ball gently to someone else. If that person catches it, the person who threw it has to sit down. If the person misses the catch..they have to sit down...IT is kind of like dodge ball but not so rough..
The Key to the game is that you are not allowed to talk...If they even say "ah" they are out. It goes fast and the kids like it.. I hope this helps.
