I Once Was Told By GM

When I was hired for my first teaching position, three years ago, I asked the VP why they had chosen me instead of an experienced teacher. She said that she prefers inexperienced teachers because she can train them to do things the way she wants them to be done. She didn't successfully train me; I moved to another district Not every principal or VP thinks this way, but some obviously do. Just thought I'd share this with you all. Good Luck to all!

Oh by the way, my current principal appreciates older teachers as well as the younger ones. His staff is made up of all ages and both genders.
