I thank all of those that responded to my post. Especially those that felt I should move to another school. I am trying that now. I left my school division on a leave and am working at a different school division. I had a very interesting talk with someone about education. I would appreciate your feedback. Two statements struck me as rather thought provoking. The first was that you dont enter teaching to teach a subject. The second was most schools are sick (example staff are wounded in their souls) and that there are more sick schools then schools working at a level they should be. How do you folks feel about these statements.
