exhaustion

I got cleaning help this year~every two weeks like ML's sister. It is so great. I would love to work less than full time but could never afford it. I seem to have no energy at days end to catch up and get ready for the next day. Any good energizing advice? I come in every weekend but am really wanting to get away from that. Its been 15 years - I still don't have it right!
