I have one student who I cringe when I here the "Mrs. X, why/do you/what..." start to come out of his mouth. One questions last week was "Why is the chapter so short?" I told him to write the author of the book and ask her. I mean, goodness!!!! It's called talking to hear yourself talk and it can be one of the most annoying things a child can do. This is a vent, so please read it as that! I'm not perfect, never claim to be. Just one of those things that annoys the bejeezes out of me on the wrong type of day!
