Strategies...

I have a great book, CLASSROOM INSTRUCTION THAT WORKS...RESEARCH-BASED STRATEGIES FOR INCREASING STUDENT ACHIEVEMENT. It's 158 pages of very useful and interesting instructional strategies.

I'm not sure how much detail you need to give for each strategy--? For example, using symbolic representations to compare and contrast enhance students' understanding of content.
