good for you
By Avery

Clip to ScrapBook
Good for you! You have gone a long way towards helping that child with his problems. You reached out to him and he now realizes that he has someone he can trust. He and his family need a referral for counseling and support so they don't feel so alone. See if you can steer this family towards some opportunities for relief in your community. You are right though we do make a difference and this is one of main reasons we go into teaching--as a way to help others when needed. I'm glad you weren't afraid to try.
