When our principal retired a couple of years ago, our media specialist put together a multimedia presentation, she used family pictures (from his wife), school pictures and it was a big hit. Couple of the more talented folks wrote an adaptation song and sang it for him. Other people, such as myself, got up and shared funny stories about things he'd done and said. It was a great hit.
