is she causing you trouble?

Clip to ScrapBook
if not I'd do one or all of the following
-close your door
-nod your head as if you're listening and tune her out or use a couple of um-hmms
-plan to be out of her way when she is in this mode...oh excuse me I have to run to the office
-be very busy when she starts in....oh gosh I'm sorry I've just got to get this done or tomorrow will not flow as I wish or some other excuse
-or you could confront her....myself I couldn't do that but if it's driving you crazy you could find a tactful way to tell her she is being insensitive....but always then there is the risk of making her mad and working conditions really unbearable...
-ask for a transfer for next year
any help?
