Temps
By Down Under

Clip to ScrapBook
Sounds ghastly. If it helps any could I trade you some of my heat for some of your chilliness? Before the Christmas Holidays my classroom was regularly getting up to 99.5 degrees fahrenheit. We have a metal roof and ceiling and no windows just a narrow bank of louvres at the top and bottom of the wall. The other outside wall has glass doors that don't open and our normal classroom door. They say that because the building is a temporary structure that they won't modify it. It's only been there over 20 years now. My kids weren't getting pneumonia but they were in the first stages of heat stress. Lucky it was the end of the year and we didn't have to do any really important work. I just hope February isn't too hot.
