I use AM everyday in my room, but I have AAP math and have a longer time with my students than most teachers. It is a great program and I love how children can be self-paced. I have the learning cards that go with it, so
if they are stuck on a topic, they can pull out the learning card that correlates with it and help themselves. If they still do not get it, they come to me. I have the children work on AM when they are done with their other work.
As for the down notes, I have 42 math students so I use a TON!! of ink and paper. I also have the scanner in my room for the scantron type cards but I have

never been able to get it to work so I have to hand type in all of the student's responses to the questions. Ugh! Tedious!
Overall, I would say the program is worth it if you have the time and money to spend!
