6th grade camp

I also attend camp with my 6th grade students. When we return to school I have them make a journal (book) of experiences. Examples of some pages could be eating, sleeping, hiking, free time, night activities, etc. For each topic they write a short paragraph or just a few sentences along with a picture. They can also draw a few pictures on a page along with a sentence or two. Then you hole punch the sides and run string to make a book. They turn out very cute.
