All I can think of for March is Mad as a March Hare but while I was typing that I thought of March into learning with a border of marching band characters and kids writing or whatever in the instruments like the tuba and the big bass drum. Or if you're northern hemisphere its spring there so then there's the hundred and one spring bulletin boards you could create. There's also a very old saying that I haven't heard for a while that relates to March which is in like a lion and out like a lamb. I think it refers to the weather. Hope that gives you a starting point.
