Common planning

I do not see how a grade level could function without common planning time. My team has planning all the same hour and the students are at related arts at this time, (art, technology, gym, band, etc.) I am sorry for you and your fellow teachers. That must be terrible. I also hope that you are able to go back to elementary since you seem to enjoy it more. Good luck.
