Everyday Math
By A Horton

Clip to ScrapBook
My system has been using Everyday Math for the past four years. Your system will probably have someone from the Everyday Math Company to train your faculty. In fact, almost every year we have atleast one or two workshops relating to the program and the company trained several teachers in our district to be future presenters after having used the program for one year. I personally like the program, but have found that you do need to embellish it with extra activities. It uses a spiraling approach to teach the concepts. There is also a website called everydaymath.com that explains the program, the manuals, and manipulatives included in the program. By the way, what grade do you be teach?
