One easy game that can bring in lots of money is a 2-liter drink ring toss. Parents donate 2 or three drinks and you can usually get local stores to donate several store brand drinks. Line a few up on a table and toss small frizbees or hard plastic bracelets. If you ring the drink, you win it.
I have also done a tattoo parlor. I ordered temp. tattoos for oriental trading (tons for next to nothing). Good Luck!
