My school is doing the same thing. I am doing a ring toss (a parent is making the stands and I am getting cheap plastic bracelets for the rings). Our first grade is doing mini-golf (there is a kit she got through the LTD catalog for 10.00. You could probably design your own with recycleable objects. Our kindergarten is running a duck pond. The school is providing prizes, which I believe they are ordering from Oriental Trading, or one of those bulk product catalogs. Good luck.
