Thank you to both of you who posted to my question. It was good to hear that you were both happy with the part-time positions. I do have to admit that it has been wonderful for me this year to have more time with my small children at home. I also have appreciated both the benefits of working and staying at home. Life is very balanced. I have expressed to everyone how much I enjoy this opportunity and I think my principal was trying to be kind when he offered this position to me a second year (I spent most of last year BEGGING to work part-time this year!!!!!) It was so good to hear from others that are happy with part-time and have done it for a number of years.
