Thank you for your kind feedback. Yesterday, I requested help from the Colorado Education Association. Also, I contacted the school district's superintendent, assistant superintendent for human resources and administrator in reference to:

1. Hate-motivated behavior and defamation of character from my colleague, and

2. Assistant principal's misconduct with view to intentional negligence, repression, humiliation and disrespect by willfully disregarding my professional stance value as component teacher capable of deciding my students' academic needs.
