I did a storyboard for Rosie's Walk. (I homeschool) I sew dolls and animals and made rosie and the fox. Before the unit, we had planted grass in a fenced in box for a farm unit. We used the grass in the fence, made a three dimensional barn, and gathered all the props from the story. My daughter had sewn together a haystack. I folded little pieces of cardboard paper in half and wrote words the correlated with the story on them. My daughter found the objects and stood the words up in front of them. Then she reenacted the story a dozen times.
