I got the book cut outs at Hammets (it's a teacher store) and through the SmileMaker catalog that had all types of stationery pads.
The top of the board says RATE A BOOK and has four dots that can say Green-Loved it! A Must Read Blue-Liked It! Yellow-OK Red-Yuck! Pass it up.
Each book cut out has a different title of a book and the dots are put under the title.
Hope this helps! It's a great discussion starter when parents and administrators come in. Also, the books that other kids loved get read often. And even the books kids hated get read becuase the students want to see if they have the same reaction.
