You say nothing about yourself. I have been teaching for four years and know I would never want to be a principal. I don't want to deal with all the paper work, parent complaints, and being the boss. However many people are cut out to do those things and love it. If you are not sure you want to be an administrator I say wait and make sure before you start, or just take some basics that can be used as electives if you change your field of study.
