Caring
By Grace

Clip to ScrapBook
First of all can I say that your children are lucky because obviously you care. Secondly, how can you move a mountain. Stone by stone. All you can do is concentrate on getting the best out of the children you teach. Care about them. Show them you care. You will not be able to change your colleagues attitudes- at least not quickly, but you have to do the best job you can and hope it may have some effect on the others. At least your assistants are on the same wavelength, so that is a great help. Remember in all of this that the children are the most important thing. If you can set yourself small goals then at least you will see some progress.
Take it one step at a time and good luck.
Grace
