guided reading By Aussie Teacher 4th Grade Teach

The Victorian Early Years of Schooling method is:

15 minutes whole class reading with teacher

10 minutes teaching spelling, grammar etc. from the text

35 minutes reading learning centres. One is teacher directed eg. language experience or guided reading

10 minutes student reflection on activites and what was learnt
