I haven't told my school anything because I wasn't actively searching for another job...this other opportunity came up because 2 teachers left the other school last week. I am not worried about a recommendation letter. I should know by tomorrow if I got the job, and Friday would probably be my last day. The teacher's brochure says "Empolyment is 'employment at will'. Employment at will may be terminated with or without cause and with or without notice, at any time, by the employee or ___ School." So this tells me I am basically free and clear if it is necessary to quit this week. Thoughts?
