Your job setting sounds interesting. Are you in a college setting? Maybe they would appreciate you more. I too became tired of the way students don't embrace learning. I decided to take the year off to contemplate which direction to go in. I think I am going to return to school, for renewal of the soul, and to learn other job skills other than teaching. I have been reading many books and I think about what students are missing because they simply don't have the comittment to learn.
