I can only help out with IEP and 504 plans. IEP plans are for students who qualify for special education. It is there individual educational plan and should be specific to their disability. The 504 plan is designed for those students who may have difficulties but do not necessarily qualify for special education. Both are legal documents, but IEP plans have a lot more restrictions.
Hope that helps some. Others may be able to give you more specific information.
