Our school has a policy in the parent handbook. What a relief. It says children go out to recess just about every day and they should dress for the changing elements of weather. A child will be kept inside from recess and PE only from a note from the doctor. If any other issues arise it goes to the principal and is out of our hands. Now sometimes the principal will make a decision that I don't agree with, but if they stay in they stay in the office, Not our classroom.
