trade & grade

Last year we were told not to have kids trade and grade, because of the pending lawsuit. Later in the year, the lawsuit was decided with the ruling that since the papers being graded were not a part of the child's permanent record, this practice did not violate confidentiality regulations. We do allow trading and grading now. I think it's helpful sometime. We do not trade and grade tests, however.
