It's a sad fact that we are trying to "cram" way too much information into these little brains each day just to meet state tests! Whatever happened to enjoying the school day and having fun learning? There are days that I feel so badly to keep pushing, pushing, pushing when so few are ready to move ahead. It is so frustrating sometimes!!! I try real hard to focus on all that we've done so far rather than worrying about all we have to do before the year is over and those dreaded test days are here! I know it's why so many of us have so many discipline problems now. Kids are frustrated, too! It's really sad.
