So sorry!

Clip to ScrapBook
The budget axe is falling everywhere! I am in CA, and were are really going to be feeling the pain! Luckily, I am pretty sure that I'm safe from losing my job since I'm fully credentialed and tenured, etc.

So sorry that
you are dealing with this! I hope that things do work out. Sounds like you have an excellent attitude!

As for your coworker. I can't say that I blame her for being bitter. I think I'd have a really hard time coming in to work, and giving it my 100% when I knew that my days were numbered. But, I think her extreme attitude isn't healthy for her.

You might try sitting down with her privately

and reminding her that she is a professional. Until you all know for sure what's going to happen, she needs to put on a professional face at work. Her attitude may be a contributing factor as to if she stays or goes.

I hope that helps. By the way, I started a very profitable part-time business a year ago. If you are interested in info. to help you (just in case), email me.

Good luck!
