Looping

I looped from 4th grade to 5th grade with half of my students from last year. I have absolutely loved the experience. My students from last year came into class knowing the level of my expectations and were able to help the new kids out in their adjustment. I was able to teach on the first day of school. A miracle in itself. I would recommend it to anyone. Because I have had most of these kids for a year already, I am really able to see their progress. It has especially helped the students that were struggling with skills. I knew the problems they were having last year and was able to stay on top of them.
