I'd wait and see

I wouldn't bring it up during the interview. From what you've stated it doesn't seem to be something that will affect your class often so it shouldn't be a concern.

Once you are in the school, you'll have a better idea of what you might be able to do. Perhaps you'll be lucky and find your classroom right next to the staff room and washrooms. In our school if we have to leave our class for any reason we can either buzz the office and the secretary will come and watch the class or we can usually have a neighbouring teacher or TA from another classroom cover us for a few minutes. You might also end up with a TA in your class which would also solve the problem. So I'd just wait and then think about solutions once you have the position.
