Clip to ScrapBook
you could just try the very direct approach of closing your classroom door once all the students are in class at the start of they day! My room is much warmer in the winter with the door closed.... I would definitely keep the principal involved and suggest that if you have a guidance team or something similar you bring the entire situation to that team. be sure you document what your doing and keep copies, next year's teacher will surely need to see them! I would also get a school counselor involved or if you don't have one, possibly the school nures. good luck
