With students receiving such poor grades I would think it would be important to have their actual grade documented somewhere! Especially when they are prime candidates for the SPED process. Now IEP's and conditions that accept kids into the process expect and demand the correlation between them and their peers. I wonder if all of this trickles down to where the schools fit in best to worse???
