I can remember in college being told that a child went back and sued every teacher that she had because she had been passed through school but could not meet state objectives. She got out in the real world and could not function. This was not a special ed student. I do not have the '60' rule in writing but you can bet I am going to ask for it tomorrow. And I will keep it until I die so I cannot be held responsible.
