good books

My class loves the Bill Wallace books too. We have read Danger at Quicksand Swamp and Coyote Autumn so far this year. They also liked Dollhouse Murders by Betty Ren Wright(its not at all like it sounds--do blood and guts, but a good book that all enjoy) We are reading The Witch of Blackbird Pond by Elizabeth Speare right now that goes along with our colonial unit. Again, this has no witchcraft in it, but is a great book to depict lives of Quakers and Puritans.
