Lesson Plans
By Beth

Clip to ScrapBook
I worked for a principal who didn't ask for lesson plans either, probably because most of the staff had been teaching for over 20 years. He was not very supportive and I think he was afraid of the old timers anyway. I still wrote them and had them out in case he came by to look, and he did, but he never asked about them just looked them over. It does help me to get organized, but I don't write them in detail and things do vary from what I intended at times. The principal I work for now wants them only because I am new to the school, the "veterans" don't have to turn them in, but I know they still write them.
