Friendly advice...
By Shannon M.

Clip to ScrapBook
I don't have a child at home, but as a student teacher who's been working with 20 seven year-olds for four months now, I've got some advice that might help!

In my opinion,I've found it better to get to the school a bit early and leave later than usual just to get this done and organized. That either eliminates completely or greatly reduces what you need to take home to do which would only be more stressful.

Also, organize, organize and prioritize! An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure! Don't put things off. Better to run a little ragged in the beginning of the experience and sigh a big sigh of relief at the end than run around trying to tie up loose ends later on.

Good luck!
