ask
By Michelle

Clip to ScrapBook
Tricia,

Make a follow-up call or email and ask what you could have done differently in the interview. It be the length of time subbing that prevented you from being offered the job. It could be a multiple list of things that had nothing to do with you. Kindly ask what you could do next time because you're very much interested in teaching. Most interviewers are nice enough to give a one-three word answer, and that way you won't feel like you have to give up.

Good luck!
