I think I may have found something...

I am assuming you are from somewhere around Cincinnati, OH. I went all through EC and now I am a student teacher. I found some info online about Nancy Kayes who developed the program. She quit! But a center in Middletown, Ohio called Abilities First Foundation has adopted the curriculum but calls it Discovering Abilities. Ahhhh, now...on their website http://www.abilitiesfirst.org/discover.htm they give this description:
    Disability Awareness Materials

Appliance and aid kits are available for school use. Kits are reserved and a transfer of those materials is coordinated with each school’s program implementation dates. All kits contain specialized training items, videos, literature, and disposable items used in some simulations. Each school is provided a list of additional items that enhance the program. Some items allow for discussion and sharing at home.
    Disability Awareness Materials

I have no clue if this is free or what but this place has I guess bought the rights to Nancy's program after she quit it.

So I hope this helps you. Please don't think I am a loser...I am putting off stuff I have to do tonight for student teaching! LOL! Laura
