Problems with rain gutters

I to have rain gutters in my classroom, and love them most of the time. This year several of the teachers at my school had them put into our cinder block walls the same way described above. All of us have had the children accidentally push, fall, or some way or another yank them out of the walls. Our classrooms are tiny, and the only place for them to fit was below the chalkboards. If I could move them, I would put them somewhere else.
