Crayon cut outs By D

Hi, sorry I missed what you were asking. You could make file folder activities with the crayons, Math-have the students use them to make & continue patterns, sort them, make a graph recording the number of each crayon, make| a pictograph recording favorite colors of classmates using crayons, counting sets of crayons and creating number stories, counting sets of crayons and comparing more or less, etc. Writing- lamiate them and have the younger children trace color words and use as a model to copy the words, for older kids use as a writing prompt, they have to draw and label as many things that are that color. | | Motor- post the crayons on floor or wall in an area, students can follow auditory directions to stand on, in front of a certain color, this could also be used in the line up area and use contact paper and place them on the floor and the students can be assigned different colors to stand on when lining up. General- label centers or activities with the crayons and use corelating crayons to assign activities and the kids have to find their color coded center, assign partners by handing out crayons and they have to find the student with the matching crayon. I hope I came up with something you can use. Sorry I missed the boat before. D
