sickness

I don't know about other places, but in our area (North Carolina), there was a lot of sickness. My workshop presenter yesterday was from the NC mountains in the western part of the state. She said that there was so much sickness before Christmas break that they should have closed the school. Everybody had the flu, apparently. My husband said that he found out that there was a lot of sickness over the break for his students. I guess everybody was just so run down.
