The job field is pretty open. I haven't had any trouble getting a job. I've had 2 in the past 2 yrs! It depends on your certification, I'm el./spec ed. Check njschooljobs.com and njhire.com
for available jobs in NJ. They have a ton of postings.

You may be able to just get reciprocity with your HI lisence. Check the NJ Dept of Ed. website they have lots of good info and can send you any forms you'll need to become certified.


I make $38,000 wth a bachelors, first (really second) yr. So I would figure you'd make more with a masters. It really varys from district to district. I made $28,000 last year in a different (public) school district.
