Yes, I am lucky to be able to collaborate...Actually, I think we will read some other historical short picture books such as that one Temple Cat by Andrew Clements and others. We haven't gotten that far yet. Our foundation will be the teaching of the universals...and the culminating more creative project will be the short picture book. It will be great because it utilizes research, creativity (ability to make up and develop a character) technology and art...I will post more as soon as we get into it... we aren't starting teaching Egypt for another 3 weeks...first science---classification... hope this helps some..chris
